Dianne Davis joins the Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors. Davis’ duties will include attending monthly meetings, serving on committees and donating time and talent to promote both the chamber and the city of Nixa. Each director is appointed for a three-year term.
“I moved my office to Nixa on October 31, 2000, and have been a long-time member and supporter of the chamber. I still remember how proud and excited I was during our first chamber ribbon cutting. I’m truly looking forward to the opportunity to become more involved in my community and connect with other area business owners.” shared Davis.
Davis is the only new member joining the board at this time and will be part of the hiring decision for the open position of chamber executive director/president.
Davis previously served for twelve years as a board member and treasurer of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) of the Ozarks and served for two years on the board of directors for BBB of Southwest Missouri.
