The best method of storytelling is to create a story that will make your customers understand the benefits of working with you and why they should be loyal. Too often, businesses wonder why their advertising is not engaging customers and, upon review, their messages are just a big list of features, features, features and more features with no mention of benefits. Consumers are selfish and unless you tell them what’s in it for them, and why they should care, they are hard-pressed to pay attention.

You need to give people a reason—a WHY to your service or product. People can understand benefits and features, but it won’t change their behavior. Connecting with your business from the “why” perspective changes everything. “People don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it,” Simon Sinek.
