Thanks for Stopping By!

It’s Spring 2021 in the Ozarks—flowers are blooming, business is great, thankfully, masks are a thing of the past and I finally carved out time to think about a new website.

For an advertising and marketing person, trying to decide how to create a website for your own business can be difficult. It’s a lot easier to know what to do for other businesses but so hard to get out to the trees, so to speak, to focus on my own branding. I kept telling myself there’s no time for this project because client work should be the priority. Over the past couple of years, I’ve made notes, started writing copy, thought about graphics and then time after time, put it aside for other, more pressing projects. I renamed and rebranded my business in November 2018 and after putting a new website this long, it was time to stop putting it off and get the job done.

I have a second website that will continue to stay online for the promotional products and custom apparel portion of my business. You can browse the DDC Promotions website 24/7. Products and prices are continually kept up to date through ASI, the Advertising Specialties Institute, an association of which I’ve been a member since 2002.

I plan to add some older content to this blog from the previous website that is still relevant to what I do every day. There are some older posts regarding volunteer work, awards and recognitions received that seem appropriate to keep. For those of you who don’t already know me, I started D. L. Media, Inc., a small, full-service ad agency in 1997. I downsized, closed that business and started a new business, Dianne Davis Consulting, LLC, in 2018. See the About page on this website for a little more of that story.

Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet.

Drop me a line using the contact form; call or message me. I’ll always respond and look forward to connecting with you.
